CABLES
ADSS CABLE All-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) is regarded as one of the best and highly recommended fibre cables. It is widely preferred due to its ability to self-support. The users of ADSS cable incur low installation costs since it’s easy and does not require technical experience to install.
ADSS Fibre optic cable construction is that 250um fibres are positioned in a loose tube which is made of high modulus plastic and filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A Fibre reinforced plastic sometimes sheathed with PE polythene for cable with high fiber count locates in the center of core as a nonmetallic strength member Tubes are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound which protects it from water ingress and covered with a PE inner sheath after the aramid yarn is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath the cable is completed with PE outer or AT (Anti-tracking) outer sheath.
MICRO CABLE Stranded loose tube light armored cable construction is that 250um fibre is positioned in loose tube which is made of high modulus plastic and filled with a water-resistant filling compound; A steel wire sometimes sheathed with PE for cables with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member; tubes are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The PSP steel tape is longitudinally applied over the cable core which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress; The cable is completed with a PE sheath.
NORMAL CABLE It can be both armored and non-armored. Construction is that 250um Fibre are positioned in a loose tube which is made of high modulus plastic and filled with a water resistant filling compound; A Fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) sometimes sheathed with PE for cable with high Fibre count locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member into a compact and circular cable core after the cable core is filled with the filling compound which protects it from water ingress the cable is completed with a PE sheath.
